In-Home Basic First Aid Training Package
Prepare yourself and your loved ones to handle medical emergencies effectively with our specialized Basic First Aid Training. Designed exclusively for small, private groups, this program brings expert medical knowledge directly to your doorstep, ensuring comfort, confidentiality, and practical learning in a familiar environment.
Program Details:
Target Audience: Small groups such as families, close friends, and small households.
Group Size: Minimum 5 participants, Maximum 10 participants.
Venue: We bring the training to you! Training takes place at your residence or preferred location.
Duration: One full day (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
Trainer Team: Sessions are led by a dedicated team consisting of: One Male Certified Trainer,
One Female Certified Trainer, One Medical Doctor (for clinical guidance and oversight)
Equipment: All necessary training equipment and mannequins will be provided by us. You need only provide the space.
Training Fee: LKR 48,000 (Fixed price for the group).
Travel Policy: Standard pricing applies within the Western Province. If the venue is located beyond the Western Province, an additional travel surcharge will apply based on distance.
Certification: Upon completion of the training, all participants will sit for a short written examination. Successful candidates will be issued an official First Aid Certificate, validating their skills and readiness.
Comprehensive Course Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to cover common household emergencies and critical life-saving techniques. The session includes hands-on practice and theoretical understanding of the following modules:
Introduction: What is First Aid and why it matters.
Safety: Assessing your safety in a housing environment before acting.
Preparation: Essential contents of a Home First Aid Bag.
Resuscitation: The Correct Recovery Position.
Trauma: Injury description, wound care, and handling Fractures.
Airway Obstruction: Management of Choking.
Thermal Injuries: Care and treatment of Burns.
Cardiac Emergencies: Recognizing symptoms of a Heart Attack.
Neurological Events: Handling Fits (Seizures).
Electrical Safety: Responding to Electrocution incidents.
Circulatory Issues: Managing Fainting Attacks.
Digestive Issues: Immediate steps for Food Poisoning.
Immune Responses: Identifying and treating Allergies.
Water Safety: Emergency response for Drowning.
Critical Intervention: Hands-on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Bites & Stings: Emergency first aid for Snake bites, Dog bites, and insect/bug bites
